I’m Chelsea. Lover of Jesus, Wife, Mother, Teacher, Worshipper, Organiser, Creative, and now... Business Owner. What a ride! Month of Sundays is my passion project and what I feel like God has put me on this earth for. I'm so excited to see you and your family encouraged and inspired to weave more of the Christian faith into your everyday lives.
Month of Sundays has been born out of my own search for an Australian subscription box for Christian families. In 2019, I spent months searching online for a Christian subscription box that I could ask the Grandparents to buy my children for Christmas. I was working part-time, as well as volunteering, cooking, caring, cleaning and all of the rest, and really felt guilty for not focusing as much as I wanted to on teaching my kids about Jesus. I thought a monthly subscription box was the perfect solution to help my kids learn more about God in an exciting way, and avoid yet another influx of plastic toys every birthday and Christmas that would soon end up in landfill. When I finally realised that such a business didn’t exist yet in Australia, I felt God drop the dream into my heart that I could be the one to make it happen!
It's clear to me how important it is to support parents as they endeavour to raise their kids to love the Lord, because I know that I, and most of my Christian parent friends, need as much help as we can get! I'm learning as we go on the same journey as you - trying to weave that little bit more of the Christian faith into my family's everyday life so that my kids grow to know and love the Lord in a genuine, life-changing and world-changing way.
